In responding to the increasing efficiency and improve productivity in the manufacturing industry. With this objective, Software Dynamics (SDM) and its technology partner, IBM Malaysia hosted a workshop at Renaissance Johor Bahru Hotel on 26 June 2018, Tuesday.

The half day workshop provides a platform on how Digital Transformation is driving the Manufacturing Industry. The workshop covered a good mixture of topics including two informative keynote speakers spoke on the ability of leveraging the power of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with Business Process Management (BPM) automating the business processes end to end. The presentation also emphasized on how could the Content Management of Digitalized Data (ECM) help to transform the way by putting business content in motion for greater insight and action.

Apart from understanding on how RPA streamlines processes efficiency, the speaker also shared the proven RPA use-cases on how they deliver value to the organization.
