In conjunction with the month of Ramadan, SDM organised a Buka Puasa Dinner at Songket, Restaurant, KL on 7th June 18, Thursday.
The Non-Muslim employee were dressed up in Malay traditional outfits to embrace unity in diversity. As the time for breaking fast drew near, everyone gathered at the dinner table to ‘break fast’ together. The dinner served varieties of Malay delicacies. In addition to the fabulous food, the buka puasa dinner also provide an opportunity to foster bonding amongst the staff & management.
The highlight of the dinner was a cultural dance performance of Chinese, Malay, Indian and native origins. The staff were enjoying the performance and even dance along when invited by the dancers. It was truly an entertaining evening spent together.
